we closed yesterday on my first assumption loan process. Jen was the Listing Agent on that property, I was the Buyers Agent we held together for both of us! She’s a 5 star realtor if you’re looking to buy/sell in Norfolk, Virginia or Anacortes, Washington.

Me and my wife were new to the process and had lots of concerns and questions going into it. Jen was amazing, helped us determine the best course of action and was able to refer us to people who were located in the area that were beyond helpful. Not only were they knowledgeable of the process but were also very familiar with the military and how to tailor the experience to us. Couldn’t be more grateful for Jen and her people. Definitely plan on recommending her to all my friends.

Jen is fantastic and highly recommended! She spent so much time with us trying to find our forever home. She answered our questions and texts almost instantly, was always available to show a property, and always very informative about each property. Jen entered our universe at the perfect time. We were in the middle of renovating our house to put on the market when Jen entered the picture and gave us the encouragement and positivity we needed to hear to get the right price for the house. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and worked for us instead of for herself. I would highly recommend her when you’re looking to sell. She knows her stuff (and is also female which gets huge props in my book)!
