Jen was an absolutely amazing agent in all regards! We started working with her in the Fall of 2023 as we were preparing to list, when we unexpectedly had some water damage to our home during freezing temperatures in Seattle that winter. Jen was amazing. I reached out to her on the recommendation from my cousin in LA, Jennifer Tisdale, who is a realtor for The Agency. I was involved because my son was purchasing his first home and needed help, I live in Miami so wasn't too accessible. Her task was not an easy one as he was very reluctant to leave Redmond and also wanted to be in walking distance to Redmond City center area. I’ll be the first to admit, I was a little intimidated by Jen’s title when she was first introduced to me as the managing partner of The Agency’s Seattle branch. After all, would a managing partner even have time to show two first-time homebuyers, who were also from out-of-state, all over the Eastside neighborhoods?
