Jenny is absolutely fantastic, she is passionate about what she does and I always leave her sessions feeling like I am walking on air and so less heavy!! Highly recommend
Working with Jen has been life changing for me. Her approach is very gentle, yet powerful. She is curious, asking deep questions that have me reflect on my inner experience. She is masterful at drawing out parts that need healing, and holds them with loving compassion. Jen has helped me learn how to accept myself more fully. I never feel that she has all the answers, but instead we work together to learn more about me and my life. I can't recommend Jen enough.
