I cannot say enough positive things about Jems Jewels and Gold. They are a family business and they treat you like family as soon as you walk in. It is important to be able to trust your jeweler. I recently purchased an engagement ring and couldn't have been happier with the entire process. I mainly dealt with Matt and Karen who were amazing. Matt had detailed notes from every time I went and either changed my mind or wanted a change in the ring. They made the entire experience easy and comfortable.
