Jemima is more than a five star review!!! She went above and beyond with her service. As first time buyer, Jemima made it smooth as possible for us. Always easy to contact for any question & concerns, always a phone call or text away. Extremely considerate, attentive to your needs, and productive. For any purchasing or selling needs, I highly recommend her, Jemima is amazing!
Jemima has now helped us with 4 deals, two as buyer's agent and two as seller's agent, and has been incredible with all of them. The most recent was also the most challenging, being a short sale from probate with several corresponding ups and downs. She handled the process professionally and with grace. If you're in the market for an agent who communicates well and gets the deal done, I can't recommend anyone more highly than Jemima.
Jemima was incredible to work with and super professional. She sold our house in record time at asking price. I have worked with a few different realtors, but after less than ideal experiences I wasn’t using them again. She specializes in luxury homes and this go round I wasn’t trusting our home to anyone else. If you want a mediocre experience, slow selling cycle, and a loss on your house use anyone else. If you want the best, Jemima is the 2nd to none in the Tricities.
