Jemely is one of the kindest, most caring people I've ever met — and she made a serious oversight that nearly cost my mother her life. Mom had a stroke in April of '25. She largely stopped eating, often spitting out food. Jemely told me, "when it's someone's time, they will often stop eating. The body naturally shuts down." This was normal and I shouldn't fight it. Ive been seeing jemely for i think 4 years now? I am always happy with my discussions, appointments, scheduling, options , etc. The staff is wonderful, lately I especially prefer speaking with Katie! She is exceptional and really engages with you while on the phone. Even if shes busy, she doesn't show it.. thank you all for always taking care of your patients. Jemely is solely interested on you when you're there. She truly listens to your concerns. She is patient, kind and has a warm personality. Very knowledgeable. Wonderful person.
I am sitting in her office now.... and was a new patient last year. I'm so glad I returned. Kimberly is wonderful! And I feel confident in the doctor and her decisions. Thank you for the help and care. We appreciate you !
