I have dealt with JEM Roofing for 14 years now. They have always been very prompt in responding to my needs, from a simple job like shingling my garage/workshop roof to dealing with a 1904 full two story house with a very steep roof and five (5) layers of shingles that needed to be removed and disposed of. After speaking with another customer, we have learnt that their call center is notoriously unresponsive. Apparently, getting a hold of anyone for a quote or an update is a huge headache.
I recently had a small repair done and was initially overcharged due to an error. While that was frustrating at first, I have to say I was very impressed with how the company handled the situation. Once I brought it to their attention, they responded quickly, professionally, and took full responsibility.
