I had a broken necklace that I cherished, and the owner was so kind and professional in helping me fix it with a new clamp. When I was ready to pay him, he said he would cover it (because it was such a small piece). This is how businesses should be run! People working hard and helping out their neighbors when they can. I wanted to return the favor with this review. I’m incredibly grateful and highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a jeweler who actually cares about the people who walk through their doors.

Al is one of a kind. His work and prices are amazing. Will not go anywhere else for any jewelry watches etc. 10/10 experience always with Al and Jem Jewelers!
