Jem Jewelers is a wonderful place to go. Not only do they have a friendly staff, they are very knowledgeable. I now have a fixed set of my favorite earrings with new posts and screw on backs. NO ONE, three places turned me away. Jem Jewelers followed through and I am extremely thankful. Go have a look at their store.
