I was shocked to find this review of JEM Jewelers written previous to my review. If you bought a watch off Ebay, maybe you should have taken it back to Ebay to fix. The jewelers are JEM jewelers are both certified and trained. I'm sorry this customer was disgruntled over an experience with his knock off watch he purchased on Ebay.
