Thank you Joel for cleaning my indoor patio carpet which had been smoke damaged from a human, no not me lol, no more smoking in there. I have had my carpets done by these guys for many yrs, they are very polite and professional. One thing, i do wished there was a way they could add a nice flower smell, or a Dreft Blissful scent, or a Coach Poppy perfume scent to the steam vac, maybe you all come up with that idea & patent it & give me commission lol. Thank you Jem-Clean for coming out this morning and cleaning the carpet on our staircase and kids rooms. I never thought I could see the carpets look brand new in a 20 year old house.
