My daughter enjoys every aspect of Jem children's yoga, from the activity children do at the start of their 3-7yo class, to all of the fun and calming poses. Jayne is such a warm and welcoming teacher, and makes everyone feel comfortable and at ease. Such a happy and enjoyable experience, and so good for helping children learn self-regulating techniques and creating strong bodies!

My 7 year old daughter enjoys these classes. She is quite shy and not so well physically coordinated, for her age. She comes out feeling positive, calm and energised.

My 5 year old daughter loves the Jem Yoga classes - it is her favourite thing to do each week! Jayne is so calm and engaging - she brings the best out of the children during the classes and provides them with skills that they can transfer into their daily lives. In addition, the parent-child bonding sessions have helped my daughter and husband become closer. My daughter has been going to JEM yoga for 2 years now and she absolutely loves every minute of it. Jayne is not only a wonderful, gentle soul but Jayne has helped my daughter grow in confidence! It’s always a happy experience every class and I highly recommend sending your children to experience all the amazing benefits from yoga and especially Jaynes yoga studio! Jayne has a unique and calm way of dealing with children. Our experience with JEM Children’s Yoga was so positive and the difference in my daughter after only a few sessions was noticeable. She felt supported in the classes and the benefits reached past the yoga studio and into our everyday life. I highly recommend JEM Children’s Yoga!
