I met Jake and JEM Custom when they responded to an ad to fix my kitchen full of dysfunctional closing drawers. They impressed me with their thoroughness and attention to detail. When I invited them to remove and replace a railing and handrail that had a key location in my floorplan, they were happy to oblige.
