I have been going to Jem's beauty since they were in Surrey. I go for just personal needs. The lovely married couple goes on and beyond my high maintenance needs. I get my daily eyelashes from them. (Much cheaper than any grocery store or local beauty store, also the quality is 💯) I live in SS and I'll make the drive because small businesses need our support If you need any beauty supplies for your self or your business go to Jem's! I have been and I will continue to!

One star review because this place is quite misleading. Stumbled upon this place while in the area thinking It’d be similar to a Sally’s beauty but was promptly disappointed. This is a wholesale store meant for retailers which in itself is fine, however there’s no signage that indicates such which may confuse new customers. The employee said that you could order online however the website is severely outdated and hard to navigate. looks as if it hasn’t been updated since the early 2000s.
