I was a regular here for years when it was Hannah’s. I’ve tried to give the new place a fair shot, but would not recommend Started with them adding an extra French tip fee ($1/nail. I have heard of some salons doing this, but was never a policy here before) and 2 or 3 instances where my fingers were nicked - not ideal, but they were small and I understand that people make mistakes. I always have an amazing time here, and have been coming for 4+ years. The techs are very attentive to detail, the salon is immaculately decorated, the chairs comfortable and stylish. They have always honored my requests for fun artsy additions, and helped repair a nail if one broke. They’re also pretty good with drop-in or last min appointments. I highly recommend them!

Now don't get me wrong... the place was super cute and the ladies were nice and tge name is completely different then online buttttt it hasn't even been a week and I paid extra for gel and my nails are chipping .... came here from across town because of the wonderful reviews but had I had known that 4 to 5 days my nails would be chipping I wouldn't have paid extra for gel or came at all it was almost like she kept going off it trying to fix a mistake

very cute nail salon and the nail tech did a great job on my nails. however, i was quite surprised to have received a $5 surcharge for paying with a credit card. i purchased the gel polish change which was listed as $22 on the menu, but was charged $27. i’m not too pleased with the lack of transparent pricing. this brought my service to $30+ including the tip for just a polish change. i might give them another shot in the future, but would have to bring cash with me.
