Overall experience was great, especially with the professionalism and quality of work from the installation crew. The review on the operation of the system was somewhat rushed and resulted in a couple of hours, through trial and error, to “Learn” the system enough. Also, communication from the company was extremely slow once the down payment was made. Communications were so slow that I actually began to wonder if I had been scammed. This is the reason I gave a 4-star instead of a 5. We love the product though!!
