Process from estimate to installation was a breeze. Sales was great to get me through contracting and HOA approvals. Install crew did a great job. Love the new lights and adds more character to the property.
Jellyfish Lighting failed to deliver professional installation or follow-through, despite being paid approximately $9,000 for professional work. The installation on November 23rd was handled by a worker who spoke no English, took eight hours, and did not finish the job. In comparison, a different installer finished my parents home within a few hours on the same day. Another installer had to return to my home to finish the job.
