We are very happy with our Jelly fish lighting! Absolutely beautiful! All involved were very professional and we couldn’t be happier! Definitely recommend.
We purchased the lights just in time for Christmas. We LOVE them. No more getting on the roof at our age. It’s exciting to look forward and know every holiday we can light up our house. It was great working with the installer. In fact we were out of town when the install date rolled around. Our neighbor opened the garage so the work could be done. Safe and trustworthy company. We whole heartily recommend this company.
When I'm wrong I'm wrong. Last week I prematurely submitted a 1 Star review.(since Pulled Down) Management immediately reach out and addressed my concerns. Zach regional sales mgr. and George field sales were both professional and resolved the issues beyond my expectations. As a Jellyfish family (2nd home now with the product) I can honestly say Jellyfish has a phenomenal product backed up by first rate customer service. Both homes are the envy of the neighborhood. Refreshing to work with a company who walks the walk. JT
This company has been a complete disappointment from start to finish. I would strongly urge anyone considering permanent exterior lighting to take their business elsewhere. I am writing this on behalf of my elderly neighbor, who has endured an entirely negative experience with Jellyfish Lighting. The company’s business model seems designed to drain customers rather than serve them.
