I love jelly, but am disappointed in their customer service. It seems as if the waiters know that it is always going to be busy and therefore they give NO effort! I still go back with hopes of a better experience but nope, customer service seems to be at the bottom of their list.
While on a DU college visit we stumbled on this delicious cafe. Wonderful staff and welcoming decor. Will be back for sure!

We have eaten at Jelly maybe 5 times. Yesterday was the first time ordering French toast. I ordered the apple/almond version of the French toast. I would have thought it impossible to mess up the raw ingredients of apples, almonds, challah bread and egg. My daughter ordered the regular French toast. Both of our orders tasted salty, and had a slime coating- like the part under the apples. There was no delicious flavor at all. Gross- a child could have made this dish better. Steer clear of that s---!!! Yuck
If you are down near DU, visit the jelly you café until 3 o'clock in the afternoon. You won't be a let down by the experience at all.
