negative stars. They kept my deposit after i found out i couldn't put a round pool in my yard due to my leach field. I opted to get a hot tub instead but the owner just kept increasing his prices. When i looked around at other dealers, he was 4k over priced. Asked for my deposit back and he referred to the 3 day "i get to keep your deposit" cancellation in the contract. Steer clear of these crooks. 5 k is a lot of money to take especially when this business makes 3-4 million a year.
0 stars really. Lost 5k deposit on a pool that was left over stock back in August. Land circumstances prevented me from getting a 24' round pool so I opted for a bull frog hot tub instead. After 3 different quotes (increased prices given) and finding out I could get the same tub with upgrades for 4k less from another pool business, I asked for my deposit back. NOPE...Although they agreed to the switch from pool to hot tub, they referred to the original contract for the pool which states after 3 days they can just keep you... read more
Not bad for pool service if you get the older gents who are the experts and not the newbie young guys who are just a bit forgetful. :-)
This company is horrible not friendly get pissed at you when you tell them what you weren't happy about very sloppy job would of never hired them if I knew any of this wish I was home when they started otherwise I would of kicked them off of my property should of went to teddy bear
