Very rude on the phone.
I was in search of a new doctor and called this office first. The lady that answered the phone was rude and condescending and should not be answering questions for a possible new patient! Rude beyond belief! Since you didn't have any appointments for another 2 months and I said I couldn't wait that long and then she started being rude about how they were the best around and that's why they had such a long list. I was just going to ask next if they had a waiting list for when people who end up canceling... Just really rude!
After 1-1/2 years of seeing multiple specialists and testing, no one could tell me why I was having so much pain, along with nerves issues. I got so TIRED of doctors saying, “I don’t know what is wrong.” Instead, they would just prescribe pain meds instead of getting to the root cause. So frustrating. I could write a book...a literal book of my experiences of trying to get an accurate diagnosis of my health issues, and it wouldn't be a very enjoyable read. However, I firmly believe that the good Lord brought me to Jellison! Amanda has stopped at nothing to get me well and heal my body from the inside out.
