They've been 'working on' my case for about 5-6 years now. In the beginning they told me I have a strong case. Progress is in fact moving backwards if you can imagine that. I've never met anyone who works here. A few phone calls and several emails is the extent of contact with them. My sisters case with them is going on 9 years and there's no resolution in sight for either case.
