This office is not organized whats so ever I been on hold for over 15 minutes more than once ...I've been waiting on someone to call me from the office to schedule my Ultrasound guess what 2 weeks later still not schedule and I'm back on hold after Anna saying hold on 15 , 20 ,30 minutes later im still holding on the phone ..VERY UNPERFESSONAL
Only go here if you hate yourself or like to suffer. Most incompetent office ever, nurses are rude, unreliable, & highly unqualified! EVERY TIME myself or my pharmacy had to call repeatedly, even for simple things to get done. Surprised this place can legally call itself a doctor's office & that more people haven't sued them for malpractice. Such a poor quality of care, deserves zero stars or a negative rating. The entire practice is trash. I waited 3 1/2 hours until my patience ran out and I left. Do not go to them. They are unprofessional and rude.
Dr Jelen is an excellent Doctor! The weight of the world was shifted on the entire medical profession through 'Obama Care', which we all have to be thankful. I was referred to Dr. Jelen through my primary care physician when she was just opening her East L.A. office. I could see how hectic things were and that I would have to have patience...after all,"she IS a DOCTOR". We expect them to have patience with us but it's not a one-way street! I wish I could rate this doctor with ZERO STARS. It was my first time here and I waited 2 hours just to be observed for 5 mins and the next 30 mins the doctor spent talking about her 3nsons and her personal life Like o do not care about your 3 sons and what goes on in your life I am here for health issues. Not coming back!! Asking for a new doctor.
