I bought biford door missing an upper railtrack.Called there headquarters and was hung up on 5 times. Tried a different phone number. Now I have to bring the door mack to HD. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY COSTMER NO SERVICE.
Jeld-Wen has the best customer service. I had a wood-clad sliding patio door installed about 10 years ago. I needed to replace the door handle about 5 years ago and they were able to send one to me immediately. I now need to replace the door handle again, called customer service - got to speak to an actual human being - and they tracked down my previous ticket. They are sending me a replacement. Super friendly and knowledgeable service agents.
Sent this to their email address shown on their Facebook page, came back undeliverable. "We recently installed 2 Jeld-wen windows in our living room. I am disappointed that there is a big thumb print in between the 2 window panes. I understand we should thoroughly inspect them before installing them but there is so much residue and smudge on them, that isn't practical. Also on the outside the frame isnt fitting properly.
