Never order doors from this company. They lost 2 of our 4 doors and once I gave them our purchase order number they stopped contacting me. I would use a more reputable company for doors and not Jeld Wen.
The company misrepresents services, collects funds, and does not deliver the product. I ordered windows from them in early September when they quoted 5-7 weeks lead time, with a deliver day of Oct 14, 2021. They did not notify me that they would not meet the initial delivery date until my distributor reached out the day before to ask for a more specific time of delivery – I had otherwise scheduled the contractors and installers to be onsite the next day.
