Purchased patio french door thru Lowe's in December of 2024. 1st door arrived at Lowe's damaged 3 months later. It took 3 more months for 2nd door to arrive and it too is damaged. So SIX freaking months w no door and nothing but excuses. I specifically asked Lowe's Customer Service if they checked for damage before installer was scheduled and was told it was fine (lie). Wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing bc Home Depot utilizes other vendors.

Jeld-wen has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with! Poor customer service! Their product is the worst quality for price I paid! They dont stand behind their product! Im 100% dissastified!! Pella is a much better product! FYI Im a general contractor!!
