Purchased patio french door thru Lowe's in December of 2024. 1st door arrived at Lowe's damaged 3 months later. It took 3 more months for 2nd door to arrive and it too is damaged. So SIX freaking months w no door and nothing but excuses. I specifically asked Lowe's Customer Service if they checked for damage before installer was scheduled and was told it was fine (lie). Scheduled to deliver here and turned me away to check back the day after. They messed up all my plans and appointments. What a joke! Despite I showed him the paperwork and load was scheduled and broker was called. Nothing was successful with these guys. I have a lot to say about this place but it’s gonna be a long rant. Avoid this place. It’s just a mess.

Attention Carriers and Owner-Operators! If you're picking up a loaded trailer for brokers like TQL for multi-stop deliveries and returning it to this location, do yourself a favor—refuse it and avoid the headache. Most of the trailers here are old and equipped with recap tires. In high temperatures, these tires are prone to blowouts. Initially, the broker may assure you they'll handle any issues, but in reality, they’ll send you an open claim, making you responsible for the damage.
