These doors are basically junk. I am a contractor and I have a customer that bought an expensive French door and it worked good when it was installed. After a couple months the weather strip started tearing off and the door kept sagging and could not be adjusted properly. The homeowner contacted the company and had a FaceTime conversation with them and the guy on the phone said it was installed correctly so they sent someone to the house to check if it was installed plumb and square and the guy they sent out also said it was... read more
Really good people here! They recieve from 7-2 only. I showed up at 1pm and my appointment was not until tommorrow 8am because the broker fudged up! There docks were full of products and the 1 forklift driver was going home at 2pm. I told the manager, I really had to get unloaded and head for Rockford for my next load to get me home. He understood and grabbed another forklift driver from a different department and they unloaded me in 30mins and had product everywhere. Thanks guys!
