$38.00 rib eye steak ordered medium. It came out medium rare, which is a plus for me! I order at a higher temp as I typically do not trust anyone else to cook food properly (which this steak was technically not cooked properly as it did not come out to temp as ordered.) Now, the real issue is that the steak was just that, a cut of meat. I would be surprised if it had even been salt and peppered prior to being served.
