They are about as good as it gets. Sure some properties may not be the nicest but that not they fault. But they shine at stuff they can control like customer service. All the bad ratings are mostly from other things that isn't Jekyll Realty's fault, like some karen talking about the ocean and blaming Jekyll realty. I used to rent on vrbo but if you go with jekyll realty direct you can get it much cheaper. I just did it again and saved 400$ for the same listing by not going with vrbo. We booked Beachfront Bliss. The pictures of this house looked great but in reality, this house was in very poor and dangerous condition. The AC struggled to cool the main floor which happened to be the middle floor. Several of the electrical outlets would not work and the ones that did would spark. The mini blinds did not work at all and there were some missing over the doors of the bedrooms leaving the room completely visible from the outside at night.
