They really dropped the ball this year. I’ve been using them for years and usually no real issues with their service but this year was terrible. I made my appointment about two weeks in advance and when I arrived they didn’t seem to know I had an appointment and the person I had an appointment with wasn’t even there so I had to wait for another person to get back from his lunch break to help me.
