Unfortunately this product does not last and Paul is unwilling to provide follow up service to maintain quality. Pebbles were laid in January 2022 and less than two years later there was significant discolouration in an area with minimal foot traffic. The website states a “lifespan of decades” yet I’ve now been told it’s a typical maintenance issue to reseal and nothing to do with workmanship or warranty.
I contracted JEI Pebbles to resurface my driveway which was badly stained, amongst other issues. Within a week of accepting their quote the job was completed and exceeded my wildest expectations. Ernie and John did a marvellous job installing the pebblepave, and my driveway has never looked this good. I have learnt a great deal from this experience. I highly recommend and endorse JEI Pebbles as the preferred provider for permeable paving and residential landscaping. The program of works involved the removal and replacement of previously installed paving as well as working to limitations of a pre-existing landscaped garden area.
