Horrible service. I would like to say customer service but it obvious they do not care about customers. Order a racing seat that was "in stock" then it went backorder the next day. Needed the seat for a race in a couple of weeks. That was Jan 28, 2026. Contacted jegs about the ordeal and we settled on another seat. They called the mfg and they said they would ship immediately. I ordered an entire rebuild, forged bottom end- every piece to rebuild an engine, including a set of brodix heads. This was done assisted by a tech to ensure every part was compatible. I repeatedly asked- are you certain all will work together & was assured each time it would. As car enthusiasts know, engine builds sometimes take years if you have a good builder. I recently placed an order with JEGS and was very disappointed with how everything was packaged. Several items arrived smashed together in the box with very little protection. One of the four gallons of transmission fluid was leaking and had been wrapped separately in bags, which makes me think it was already leaking before it was shipped. The transmission gasket box was also smashed open during shipping. Luckily the gasket was rubber and not damaged, but it easily could have been ruined.
