I ordered a part that was explicitly listed as "In Stock" on the JEGS website. Immediately after they took my payment, I received an email stating the item was actually on backorder for 2 months (until mid-July). This is blatant false advertising and misrepresentation of inventory. I immediately requested a cancellation. Instead of issuing a refund, their customer service (Rachel and Melanie) gave me the runaround for days, claiming they couldn't refund my money until their "third-party vendor" confirmed the cancellation. ... read more

Adult Lego store on steroids. The new bargain cave is awesome. Great excuse to get racecar parts that you can tell your wife how much money you saved, even if you didn’t need them to begin with. Staff is always super helpful and let’s be honest if you’re not shopping at Jegs for your vehicle parts do you really even have a vehicle?
