I had an amazing experience at the salon. Everyone was welcoming and kind. My hairdresser, Tigist, was polite, friendly and did exactly what I asked for. She was very respectful and professional throughout the entire appointment . Tigist also made sure I was comfortable at all times. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received here. I called multiple days in advance, sent pictures, and confirmed several times that they could do the exact hairstyle I wanted. I drove all the way there, wasted my time, gas, and energy, only to sit down, get my hair washed, and then find out they actually didn’t know how to do basic cornrows. Wow! The worst salon experience i've ever had! The staff (Tsige and Selam) are absolute unprofessional and they act as if they are being inconvenienced. I wasn't happy with the final results and expressed that and was met with defensiveness and nonchalance. They do not care about their customers or the quality of their styling.

I had one of the worst salon experiences here. First of all, the way they did my hair was completely off it didn’t suit me at all. It looked rushed, uneven, and honestly nothing like what I asked for. On top of that, the service was beyond poor. The staff were unprofessional, didn’t listen, and seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping clients. To make it worse, they clearly didn’t know how to sew-in properly.
