I had one of the worst salon experiences here. First of all, the way they did my hair was completely off it didn’t suit me at all. It looked rushed, uneven, and honestly nothing like what I asked for. On top of that, the service was beyond poor. This was one of the most unprofessional & inconsiderate experiences I’ve ever had. I called ahead & made an appointment to have my 7-year-old’s hair washed and braided. I specifically asked if they could do it since I was coming from far away & they assured me they could. However, once we arrived, the stylist refused to do her hair because she had someone else coming next. Completely unacceptable service. I will not be returning.

I called them and make appointment special occasions hair style, updo. The lady that was there doesn’t speak English and could only do flat iron. Super sad 😔
