Had an issue with our water softener and called shortly before closing time, was reassured Jeff would see the note first thing in the morning and he was out to our house by noon the next day himself. Very friendly, honest, and genuine. Would recommend a thousand times!

Had a service call at was supposedly after hours and was charged over $300 for a 15 minute job. If they are going to charge exorbitant amounts they should tell you first. If you are going to gouge your customer you should atleast inform them first. Ryan billed me a $200 emergency call fee and did not inform me. He allegedly informed my realtor of this added fee and he confirmed that no fee was specified prior to them coming out. And the service was performed shortly after 5 pm.
