Recommendedmy truck started skipping about 100 miles from this shop i made my way to Chico to find a shop to see if i could find someone reasonable and willing to work on my junk ....they to it in and have treated me extraordinary....cant ask for better folk ....did I mention I'm 3k miles from home ....thank you guys for all you have done you have no idea how much I appreciate it!!!!
Worst repair shop ever. After telling them the problem and asking them to fix it they told me the original diagnosis that I received from a shop that I trusted was incorrect. A week and a half and 3000.00 dollars later, our original diagnosis was correct, and they expected us to pay another 3000.00 to fix the problem we had told them it was. No thank you. When PG&E shut down our power for an extended period of time we relied on our 5000 watt generator to help preserve perishables in freezer and refrigerator. It all so was able to run the pump for our water well. The generator is rather old so when it stopped we were worried what we could do. I called around Oroville (where we live) and found it would be at least a week before we could get anyone to even look at it. Customer service and organization is greatly lacking. Called the middle of may to have my AC unit on my trailer looked out and was given a drop off date for 6/5/19. took it it and Rhonda did not ask for any information, other than name and number, and didn't offer me any paperwork. Called a week later and spoke to a Tech, who had no idea why the trailer was there. Provided him with information and the Claim # for the manufacturer for the AC unit. So I am a multi business owner and was in need of a larger dump trailer. I really liked the Big Tex 16ft Jeff's had. The process for financing was very simple and didn't take long for them to make the deal happen. I grabbed my trailer and went straight to a job site. After my guys filled it I went to dump it. My Freight Liner was worked on Nov 30, 16 and I was treated very well, I will bring my truck back again
I took my 1999 RV in for a transmission leak. I was told it was repaired and that I only had leaked a quart down. They told me that the transmission was pristine and that they filled it. I drove it some and checked the fluid. It turns out that they gave it back to me 6.5 quarts low! I will never go back to them again!
