Picked up a U-Haul from this location through reservation made via the U-Haul site. The owner of this shop is SO INCREDIBLY rude. My pick up time was for 4:30. They called me at 1:22 to confirm, no mention of anything else. I call them at 4:20 and tell them I’m running a bit late, stuck in traffic. All is ok, no mention of anything else.
