While they did seem friendly when last visited the man who was talking about the vehicles for sale on site had to look up information on them by asking AI (which is known for giving inconsistent information). I do not trust a car place that knows nothing about the cars on its lot and needs to look it up with AI.
Honest dealer with Great too notch Mechanics. All very friendly. Every time we’ve went there they have all treated our family like family. We bought a car that’s a hidden gem that was taken into the garage for a small job and it was done with no questions asked and promptly. Will never go back to this car dealer again. Purchased a vehicle just over two years ago from this establishment. Immediately after buying it there were numerous problems with the breaks. Took it back three times for them to be never fixed and actually got worse. There were several missing molding and trim parts and I requested to be replaced, but that didn't happen. Ya no car dealers don't have the best reps. But my wife and I needed help. Getting into a used car. Jeff made calls for us and my wife about cried when he called us with a deal. Got us into a GMC terrain with a 3year loan. Thanks Jeff ur the best . Sincerely the sparks family.
