Probably the worst service department ever. unclear with charges and cost. Customer service is not friendly or helpful. It feels like once the car sale is made it’s 100 percent our problem now despite warranties. They do not hold your best interest at heart .
The customer service was wonderful. I was helping my sister search for a car and I ended up purchasing my Acadia days after she purchase her vehicle from Jeffs. John and Dave are very professional and I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to have a genuine experience!
Greetings: I've lost count of the number of cars I've purchased at Jeff's over the years. It started with a Honda, then a Miata and a Ferrari and more recently... Several Mercedes, Maserati, Porsches, and quite a few BMWs... I keep coming back for three reasons... They stock clean, well optioned, low mileage quality cars. I recently purchased a Saab from Hans Wolf and it was very easy and uneventful. Hans is so nice and easy to talk to and willing to do whatever he can to make your buying experience easy. They all were so helpful in making this so easy to purchase from them. The cars are clean, serviced, and they show you all everything about them. Couldn't ask for any better. My experience was great!!!! They didn't try and scam me, they didn't try to hustle me, and they didn't pretend that they could do something impossible. My experience was straight forward, with no lies. Cody and Krissy were amazing, just amazing, they both heard me when I told them that I can only spend so much and can only have a low monthly payment. They found a great fit for me!!!
