SCAMMED out of $3000 dollars, was told a ticking noise was due to a timing chain and if it wasn’t taken care of it would CATASTROPHIC damage. So I of course agree to it, I then get told it’ll be done within a week, I get completely ignored for 2 weeks. With no return calls and being sent to voicemail, ignoring texts. Excuse after excuse. I then finally get my van back AFTER 35 DAYS with the same exact issue it had then told it is just an exhaust leak. After paying for a $3000 job SAYING it would be completely gone. Read the horror YELP reviews before hiring. I was scammed by Jeff, and so were others. Beware before hiring him. Jeff basically begged to work on my 1953 Willys Jeep, promised he would give me weekly updates, then I never heard from him. I thought he had stolen my car. After many months (he had my car for 6 months!) and excuses about his health, his work troubles, and family life, he did some work on the car, took $2,000, and didn't do half of what he said he did according to my new mechanic who reviewed his work. LIVE SAVER. Replaced my side mirror in like 10 minutes, ok cool whatever, but then he checks out the engine & gives me a bunch of vital tips to keep my car in shape. He even hooked me up with a free can of brake cleaner! An absolute treasure.
Jeff and his assistant Billy were able to get my Toyota Avalon running again after it had been sitting for years. They did an excellent job and were incredibly professional and communicative.
