I have something that's I needed to store inside. Jeffs had an inside storage spot available and it was the correct size. The storage seems to be a simple request, but several places I tried to use were not as large as advertised - shorter and not usable. Spot was also clean and move in ready.
Called multiple times, said they had room, never got a call back.
I needed a place to store a trailer, even though they didn't have something available right away, they let me park next to the house while waiting for a parking space. I now have a spot for my trailer, Kathie has been very accommodating.
Do not waste your time! The owner is no where to be found and the same can be said about the manager. No one’s answers the phone, voicemail box is full and no one is ever there. If you have an issue, you have no one to contact. It is more hassle than what it is worth!! Manager doesn’t communicate, looses payments and will not hesitate to lock you out of your unit but never be available. If you are looking for an unethical, lazy place to potentially loose all your belongings this is the place for you.
