I was disappointed with my experience with Jeff’s Home Care. I called for help reassembling a shower faucet I had partially repaired and clearly explained the issue before the visit. The technician reassembled it but didn’t test it before leaving. When we tried the shower later, nothing worked. After calling back, I learned he didn’t realize the shower operated by pulling the nozzle—so it was never actually checked.
