Home owners beware! The work done on our house provided by Jeff's Heating & Cooling was extremely unsatisfactory. Jeff's level of customer service and lack of personal accountability after the check clears is unacceptable. While Jeff speaks highly of his years of experience, he has forgotten the one thing that drives American Business, Customer Service. After the technicians sent out by my home warranty company took two weeks (during a heat advisory) to diagnose a bad control board, then promptly go out of business as soon as the part came in, we called Jeff in, as he had done work on our house for the previous owners. After running diagnostics on our system, resetting some internal switches, and cleaning our coil, we had a/c again. The previous firm would have charged us three times more for an unrequired fix.
