I purchased a sectional that they delivered when they said they would, the day they brought it into the house, the recliner switch fell out. I that's ok things happen. It wasn't until a month late that I leaned in the arm of the recliner with my elbow and that's when I felt a pop and my elbow sunk down into the arm of the chair. I thought I broke something so turned the chair on it's side and that's when I found the top arm of the sectional was made out of cardboard. My elbow had broken a whole in the top arm of the chair. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a furniture store! I purchased a sectional & less than 2 weeks it was broken, they would only offer a store credit but with no interest in anything in the store I was told I would get a refund! They did not come pick up the sectional on the day they were supposed to & have been giving me the run around about my refund!!!!
When I went in I asked for a bedroom suit that was in the building she told me it was there when I got ready to load it up on my truck it was not there and I waited 3 weeks for one part and I still didn't get it so I finally went back and got my refund I won't be going there no more
