Mick R I have used Jeff several times and have never felt overcharged. The people are friendly and offer free advice which is a nice change. When my son filled our computer with over 1,000 differnt viruses Jeff's repaired it for a reasonable price and even installed some programs for no charge.

Saved me lots of time and money!! When my laptop hard drive crash, Jeffs Computer Service came to the rescue! They were able to recover my lost data, install a new drive, and help me prevent future crashes (new anti-virus software set-up), all within 2 days! Highly recommend them---reasonable price too.
Do Not Go Here Horrible business. I don't know what has changed since these posititve review from 2007, but I agree with Hello S. My experience: We took a new computer here that was having charging issues. The staff conducted a full diagnosis which they charged $75 for and found no other problems. They said it would only take a week, but my computer was there around 3 weeks. When we went to pick it up, the screen was blank when you turned it on. After a couple days the staff determined they had mistakenly fried the motherboa... read more
Thakful for jeff We were at the end of our rope with our computer and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. We finally took it up to Jeff and although it was a while before we got it back, we were thrilled with the results.
