I was so impressed with Rich and this awesome company. I stopped by without appointment because of a loud noise coming from the bottom of my car. He put it on lift and saw that the plastic protective piece needed a clip to secure it. He fixed it on the spot and didn’t even charge me. I recommend this company highly. I found my new mechanic! The gas is reasonably priced also.
I have nothing but high praise for Oakland Autoworks and Rich. I have been taking my truck to these guys for years and would recommend to anyone. Rich’s extensive knowledge and clear communication makes the entire process from start to finish a very pleasant experience.
My recent experiences with Oakland Autoworks have been nothing short of excellent. I used to bring my cars to the dealership for service and repairs but Oakland Autoworks far surpasses them with respects to pricing, responsiveness and quality of service. Rich and the team are professional, courteous and always give you the sense they know their stuff. I would highly recommend Oakland Autoworks for all you automotive needs.
