Had a excellent first time repair by RIch and Joe. I'm a local used the prior owner for over 30 years. These guys are my continued vehicle support team.
New manager Rich is awesome. Had a bad coolant sensor and thermostat, he was able to have it fixed much quicker than expected and for a price far below any other shop or dealer estimate. He knows what he's doing and won't push unnecessary services or parts on you. Always go to Rich for your car & truck issues!
Rich and his team at Oakland Auto Works were able to fix my vehicle on short notice. I really do appreciate them for taking the time to fix it. Oakland finally has a good mechanic again.

I recently had a flat tire locally in Mahwah but was able to get my car to Oakland Autoworks. Rich was quick to diagnose the problem and offer more than one solution. I ended up having to replace two rear tires, but Rich found the right tires quickly and communicated through the install and delivery process efficiently and quickly. I never had to reach out to see what was happening. Rich reached out to me through the entire process. He was a pleasure to work with.
