Amazing service and great bagels! Highly recommend the iced cinnamon vanilla latte!
I swing by Jeff's once a month to get bagels for our team meetings and their bagels are always a treat. I picked up a large order this morning and the team went out of their way to have the order ready for me, and even helped me carry everything to my car. If there is ever a delay or issue, Jeff's has always made an effort to make things right. Great customer service and communication from the team and manager, Jay!
Stopped by Jeff’s Bagel Run for a coffee and they just gave it to me for free and it made my whole day!! I got the Cinnamon Vanilla Oat Milk cold brew and it’s soooo good, maybe my favorite coffee ever! Will def be back to get the same thing :)
Bagels were okay but not great. Too soft and doughy. Service people were good but they cannot toast (or even warm) the bagels because “the boss told us not to”. Store was out of coffee. Almost no place to sit and eat. Maybe fine for takeout but many other bagel shops are far better.
I am from NY and I've never been to a bagel shop that doesn't put the spread on the bagel for you. $2.50 for a plain bagel, plus extra for cream cheese I have to put on myself, is excessive. It's also wasteful to use so many disposable cream cheese containers and knives. The bagel itself was mediocre. Good texture, but zero flavor. I'm giving three stars because the coffee was good, but I will stick to Bagel Nation for my bagels.
