Swung by a little after noon today for a couple coffees. The gentleman running the counter (should’ve asked for his name, but blonde guy with a mustache) was super nice and made a special they technically don’t have on menu but still have the stuff for, even crushing a garnish by hand for me. They’re always super nice in here and the coffee is super tasty (the banana bread latte is my favorite). Today I just got coffee, but the specialty bagels and cream cheeses are delightful too. Super friendly staff
I had a wholesome experience at Jeff’s Bagel Run, (Excuse me if I mess up the names) Henry, Bri, and Matthew were so amazing. I came in to pick up an order for an Uber and Henry must’ve seen the curiosity on my face because as I was preparing to leave he offered me a bagel. I must say I’ve never tasted a bagel with so much flavor so soft and warm and the Chives and Onions cream cheese?! 10/10! I recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone who love great customer service, amazing bagels and unbelievable options!
Henry and the staff are absolutely wonderful !!! Always call me by my first name when I walk in the door!!!! Even remembered me from the mt pleasant store last year !!! Coming here feels like family !!!!

Jeff's Bagel Run is great. The staff is friendly and the bagels are awesome. A variety to choose from and a great assortment of cream cheese to choose from as well. For a five star bagel, go to Jeff's. Henry, the manager is a very hospitable guy as well that is always ready to help out a customer. Keep up the great work Henry and the Bees Ferry location.
