I had four tires replaced on my car. There is always a friendly person there to take me home after I drop off my car and to pick me up at home when my car is finished. The gentlemen that work the front desk are always patient and polite.
First time using Jeff's. Brought in my car for an oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection. The work was good, the pricing reasonable, the company was communicative and clear. It was a great first experience and I will continue to use Jeff's in the future. Update: Changed my review from 5 stars to 4. This morning I got an email from Jeff's saying my car urgently needed the tires rotated, which I had done at my appointment weeks ago.
