Called to schedule an appointment and asked which days of the week were available. Instead of answering my question, the person on the phone told me not to call back unless I had an exact day and time in mind. They were rude and incredibly disrespectful the entire time, so I took my business elsewhere.
Jeff is the first mechanic that I ever felt at ease with. Despite me not knowing much about cars, he has never spoken down to me and I have never felt taken advantage of or swindled into doing something I don't understand. When he changes parts out, he shows me the parts to help me understand for the future what to look for, and he is sympathetic when it comes to pricing. Jeff fixed my AC in July replacing the compressor. It stopped working in September. Called him and he checked it out and corrected a leak free of charge. Great experience I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone.
