Called to schedule an appointment and asked which days of the week were available. Instead of answering my question, the person on the phone told me not to call back unless I had an exact day and time in mind. They were rude and incredibly disrespectful the entire time, so I took my business elsewhere.
Jeff is the first mechanic that I ever felt at ease with. Despite me not knowing much about cars, he has never spoken down to me and I have never felt taken advantage of or swindled into doing something I don't understand.
