Chris was Very rude to my family after trying to implied that we did not have enough money to make payments on said vehicle. I worked my situation with Jeff over the phone he was very nice but the lady at the front desk was very rude to my daughter, trying to imply that she was trying to steal a tool. In reality, she was not trying to steal a tool. This is all falsified all my daughter when it was the tool to get the tag off the vehicle. I had a very disappointing experience at Jeff Auto Sales. The staff was rude and unprofessional throughout my visit. What upset me the most was that they falsely accused me of planning to steal one of their tools, which was completely untrue and made me feel very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for honest and respectful service.
Wouldn’t recommend this “business” to anyone. I’ve had a car from them for over 2 years the last payment I made was 1000$ I thought that made me good until May. It did not. They took my car without a single phone call or warning. With my car seats in the car. No knock on the door or anything. This was after hours so the next morning when I called & got Chris on the phone he was automatically rude, mean and aggressive. Called me stupid. He was a bully.
