Chris crystal brian have been amazing working with me so helpful jeff has been great as matt at other lot always willing to look at car if something comes up which is not often i think maybe once and the gentleman who works out there with matt at garage hes great too staff all have been great to me over 4 yrs keep up great work !
Affordable cars. Jeff is great but his staff especially one in particular (Chris) is rude and disrespectful saying my partner and I was the worst customer he ever had. Told my partner that she shouldn’t have had 4 kids when she was explaining a situation. Told me that if I went around him to talk to Jeff who is way more professional that he would set a “fire” in my car to keep me from paying it off and coming to retrieve it. Called to ask about financial options, & Chrystal was rude from the beginning. She stated, "You have the wrong Jeff's Auto Sales," then hangs up. I was looking forward to taking a look at their lot, but not anymore.
Jeff the owner is a wonderful guy. The main location (where Jeff's office is at, is highly recommended as everyone in that location has been wonderful and helpful) I hope he will consider hiring good people in this location. Theres a lady in this location that wont even dare to offer help when checking cars outside and when you go in, she will not even greet you. They are rude in here and wouldnt deal if possible.
