Wouldn’t recommend this “business” to anyone. I’ve had a car from them for over 2 years the last payment I made was 1000$ I thought that made me good until May. It did not. They took my car without a single phone call or warning. With my car seats in the car. No knock on the door or anything. So this morning I had my husband call for my black jeep grand Cherokee Laredo. It's transmission is stuck in fourth gear and in limp mode to prevent any more damage to the transmission.This car has over two hundred thousand miles and we traded the only car we have for it, if I knew we was going to be dealing with this 4 months into paying on it we wouldn't have ever traded in EVELYN a blue Ford focus with only 97,000 miles on it.. I'm honestly conflicted about the experience that I'm having with Jeff's... On one hand they gave us a loaner that they didn't have to, to fix problems with this jeep and they did it for free. But every single vehicle needs to be gone through and preventative maintenance must be performed. Even with an "as is" dealership; there should be things done to prevent this type of outburst!!
