Best. Ribs. Ever. And perfectly grilled vegetables. And tasty potato salad. And refreshing cole slaw with pickled something or other on top. (More of that please!) Nom! Even though I'm usually a fan of the vinegar based North Carolina Carolina style BBQ vs. sweet sauce, the BBQ sauce on the ribs was very tasty as well. Spicy and not too sweet, and the ribs weren't smothered with it - just enough to provide the perfect flavor. Overall a really wonderful meal, and the perfect portion for two people to share.
