Dr. Hays is very knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and kind. He told me what he was about to adjust, how, and asked permission to do so. I value my body and it's refreshing to find a doctor who's not patronizing, but ask questions with open curiosity. He recommended some stretching to do at home, they helped.
